Ray started his Real Estate Career 30 years ago selling Commercial Real Estate. His first few deals were Apartment Buildings and Mobile Home Parks. He has completed numerous courses for Real Estate Appraisal and as President of the Commercial REO Brokers Association has taken the lead in developing Commercial BPO/BOV forms suitable for Commercial REO and BPO Companies.
Ray is an REO Coach and in 2007 trained over a 100 existing REO brokers advanced cash management systems and business planning at Seminars through the United States.
In 2009 He founded the Commercial REO Brokers Association, CREOBA. CREOBA is the largest network of independent Commercial Brokers. CREOBA sponsors, Dinner Meetings, Trade Shows, Networking Events and Seminars on all Aspects of the Commercial Distressed Asset Market.

Ray works with his wife Carol McLaine who is also a Residential REO broker and helps manage the family Real Estate business.
Ray has also developed Apartment Buildings, Condominium Projects, a mini-warehouse, a small Hotel, and about 50 single family homes. When he was actively developing commercial projects he previously held a B-1 General Contractors License. As a developer/builder, he also received experience in Property Management.

Ray’s was educated at an Electronic Engineer with a BSEE degree from Cal Poly.
He worked for Hugh Aircraft and TRW systems for the first few years after college.
He has started several high tech startup Electronic Manufacturing and Software Companies.
