Beth Peerce is this year’s vice president of the National Association of Realtors, after having served as a realtor for over 35 years in Beverly Hills, California.  In addition, she is also the broker/owner of Prime Time Properties, located in Century City, California and whose specialty is residential real estate. Â
Beth has served on the board of directors for NAR since 2000.  She has also served as Chair for several committees and sub-committees, including the Executive Committee since 2009.
Beth has also served with the California Association of Realtors in numerous capacities, including the 2011 president, treasurer, chair and vice chair.  In 2012 she was elected Honorary Director for Life in 2006 and REALTOR® of the Year from California for her service to the real estate industry.   Â
Beth graduated from Boston University and began working in real estate in 1976. Â However, one of her biggest passions is spending time with her family, including her husband Larry, their children and grandchildren. Â
