Assessor County Clerk Recorder with Riverside County
After having worked 25 years with Riverside County in various appraisal, supervisory, and management positions, he was elected as the Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder in June 2014.
Having lived in Riverside all his life, Peter has been involved with the state of California in many areas, including the Appraisal Institute, the California Assessors’ Association, theCounty Recorder’s Association of California, the Inland Empire Hispanic Leadership Council, and the International Association of Assessing Officers.  He is a graduate of both California State University Fullerton, where he received his B.A., and Azusa Pacific University, where he received his M.A.
As the Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder, it is his job to find and value all property in Riverside County that is taxable property.  In addition, he makes the public aware of private acts regarding properties and keeping record of all documents related to Riverside properties.
