An Unexpected Journey

When Bruce stared investing in real estate investing, he was immediately successful, but he really didn’t understand why.  He knew he had a skill set that gave him an advantage, but it would take some time before he understood how to use real estate to become wealthy and change the trajectory of his whole family.  It wasn’t until he set out understand why real estate had cycles that he would fully come into his own.

He used this newfound knowledge to position himself to maximize the next boom cycle and to steer clear of the next bust.  He developed a quadrant system that has kept him and those who follow his teaching doing just that…using real estate to develop generational wealth.  This is his journey.
