Bruce Norris will be presenting his talk Stay Put, Cash Out, or Change Seats at CALNARPM’s conference Gaining the Edge: Let’s Crush It In 2017.  Here he will share reasons why California real estate investor should consider staying put, cashing in, and/or 1031 exchanging into other inventory here in California.

ABOUT THE EVENT:

This will be the 22nd Annual CALNARPM Conference and Tradeshow.  The purpose of the conference is to help investors gain an edge in the market through networking and education.  Bruce Norris will be one of the many speakers that people will have the chance to hear from and learn.  The conference is a 3-day long event that goes from Wednesday, April 12 to Friday, April 14.

On Friday, attendees will have the opportunity to choose from 3 different classes, all which meet from approximately 9-4.  These classes cover Maintenance: Basics and Beyond, Managing Single-Family Homes and Small Investment Properties (8-hour course from 8:30-5:30), or Marketing.

The following day will open with Steve Rozenberg, the co-owner of Empire Industries Property Management.  He will share how 9/11 changed everything in his life and how he went from a failed real estate investor to building his Texas Property Management company.  Following this, throughout the day attendees will have several different workshops to choose from.  Bruce Norris plus many others in the industry will be speaking at these workshops.  For the full schedule, see the attached flyer.

The final day offers the remaining workshops and will open with Katie Lance of Katie Lance Consulting.  She will speak on technology and social media and how to apply it.
