Andrea Esplin started buying notes in 2001 at a time when she owned a Talking Book World Franchise in LaVerne. In 2003, Andrea took Bruce’s property buying boot camp and followed the course diligently, producing her first property deal a few months later. Since then, Andres has fixed and flipped over 100 houses. Over the past few years, Andrea has focused more on expanding her growing rental portfolio.
Although not a huge fan of traditional education (she feels it lacks teaching the most important lessons for success), Andrea did receive a Bachelor’s degree in 2005 from University of LaVerne in Business Finance. She always wanted to own her own business that would generate income without her physical presence being necessary. Real estate has offered her that flexibility, has proven to be far less volatile than sectors like technology, and offers the ongoing creativity in buying, selling, financing, and rehabbing that makes real estate interesting.
