David P. Greenberger has been a real estate attorney for over 25 years helping clients with thousands of transactions to buy, sell, refinance and manage real estate. He has owned an escrow firm, and is the President of 1031 Exchange Advantage, Inc. – a 1031 exchange accommodator for facilitating tax-free exchanges under IRC Section 1031.
David is quite familiar with many of the management, tax, accounting and transactional issues surrounding residential and investment real estate. Some of his clients include Prudential California Realty-the largest broker in the United States and Prudential Douglas Elliman in New York.
David’s articles have appeared in New York real estate Journal, LORE Magazine, and Creative Real Estate Magazine. He has appeared on the cable television show “Creative Real Estate Round Table” on a number of occasions.
