JACK SHAE
Jack Shae has been involved in real estate since 1978 when he started in Florida.
Before becoming involved in real estate, Jack received a BS degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois. Afterwards, he served in the air force for seven years, where he flew four-engine transports. He became involved in marketing in the air force when he marketed flight simulators for ten years.
Although his main concentration is on the purchase and sales of single-family homes and notes, he also teaches classes on tax-free sales and purchases as well as conducts his own business on 1031 exchanges.
Jack Shae is also the author of a book on Options, and many have gotten to hear him teach seminars on Trusts, Options, Exchanges, IRAs and Note investing.
