Janet and Larry French run Silver Moon Real Estate Buyers and the Coachella Valley Real Estate Investors Association. They started in real estate full time 2009 after having had experience in owning rental properties. Larry is a computer wizard and Janet had previously worked as a mortgage broker, both skills they still utilize when working in real estate. Larry French is passionate about helping those who want to get into real estate investing. His other areas of interest in real estate are numerous, ranging from solutions, creative financing, long term hold, options for leases, solutions for ‘subject to’ properties, and more. He graduated from UC Irvine with a degree in Environmental Analysis and Design and studied Industrial Design at California State University Long Beach. Janet French’s talents and interests also cover a wide spectrum from systems and property management to accounting and design. Janet especially loves the finance and numbers side of things, which inspired her to get involved in real estate.
