RALPH MCLAUGHLIN
Ralph McLaughlin serves as the Chief Economist for Trulia. He has helped many looking for a house by providing them with necessary information about the housing economy, trends, and public policy. As the Chief Economist, Ralph heads up Trulia’s economics research team.
Ralph graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Geography and Regional Development. Afterwards, he received a Ph.D. in Planning, Policy, and Design from UC Irvine.
He has published more than a dozen research papers on housing economics and policy as well as the use of land and geography. Before becoming Truia’s Chief Economist, he was the director of the Certificate in Real Estate Development at San Jose State University.
